I still think the prongs are the gold standard for microcurrent treatments. However, these gloves are good alternatives when you’re traveling or simply want to do treatments on-the-go, such as when you have breaks at work. I’m an ICU nurse and I sometimes do my treatments on my long breaks.
I think it is very helpful to know where the muscle is located that the esthetician is working on. If this were on larger paper and laminated it would be great to tape on the wall beside the mirror.
