How does Microcurrent Work?

Microcurrent technology is the only aesthetic treatment available that can physically firm & tone the skin through muscle re-education. The process of gentle re-education of the fine facial muscles stimulates them will very small amounts of electricity. Microcurrent is a specific amount of electricity that mirrors the body's own natural current and works in harmony with the body's system. This is called "True Microcurrent" technology, which triggers a reaction at the cellular level increasing ATP (the cells energy life), Elastin and Collagen. By reproducing the body's own biological current we can re-establish muscle memory.

7E MyoLift™ True Microcurrent treatments are sub-sensory and should not cause a physical or visual contraction of the muscle. It is a safe, non-invasive treatment with no downtime and without the cost of expensive surgery. Treatments are cumulative meaning it is recommended to do a series of treatments usually 6-12, once per week then a monthly maintenance treatment after series is completed.

the purpose and technology behind the applicator probes

MyoLift™ microcurrent machines are designed with two applicator probes to ensure True Microcurrent is being delivered to the facial muscles with a pinch-n-hold technique. Using pinch-n-hold technique allows you to grab the muscles in between the probes and deliver microcurrent directly to the belly of the muscles and all the skin cells in between to boost the ATP levels of both muscles as well as skin cells, leaving them energized.

By isolating a muscle group, you open a communication between the muscle and the Golgi Tendon Organ (GTO), which is a pathway to control the direction of the muscles. With two probes you are pinching and holding a muscle, microcurrent communicates with the GTO to either lengthen or shorten the muscles, according to the need and use of the muscles as well as the waveform you are delivering.
