Jessica Hartman is the Director of Spa Services for the Spavia Day Spa franchise and the School Director at St. Moritz Academy Massage School. As a licensed esthetician with nearly 20 years of experience, I am deeply committed to my passion for the health and wellness industry. I chose a career in esthetics after discovering my love for science and my desire to help people. As a skincare therapist, I believe that great skincare begins with understanding how the skin regenerates and leveraging the body's natural healing processes to achieve results through exceptional products and treatments. Education and consistency are key in our industry. Today, I actively conduct market research on services, products, and equipment within the industry, and I develop innovative treatment protocols that guests love and can't get enough of.

My passion for skin began at an early age - driving me to become a licensed Skin Therapist where I could help others care for their skin with ease. With 15 years of experience in the skincare space - I've held many roles from working in the treatment room to managing a team of educators, building comprehensive training programs, and formulating a suite of backbar products. I am utterly fascinated by the skin and how it functions, and you can often find me researching new and cutting edge ingredients, products and services that offer new ways of treating the skin.

Jocelyn Ash is a Licensed Esthetician & Licensed Esthetics Instructor for the State of Georgia. Her work and training over the past 29 years nationally and internationally has included certification in over 5 major skincare lines, Micro Dermabrasion & Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She has worked for upscale day spas and wellness centers in Washington and California, and served as U.S. trainer for national and international skin care lines.

Jocelyn has served as a Lead Instructor, Program Director and now as the Education Specialist for the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics a division of Atlanta School of Massage where she has helped provide curriculum development & staff training in addition to teaching. While finishing her Masters in Biomedical Engineering from USC, Pooja also worked on projects with Alfred Mann Institute creating Artificial pancreatic systems. Her in-depth knowledge on current based technologies was enhanced by her experience in working with different technologies in the medical field, including Medtronics inc.

Being a skin enthusiast and believer of natural methods of aging gracefully, Pooja started 7E Wellness with a mission to empower women with natural non-invasive tools to combat aging process while upping their self love and confidence.
