These masks are so nice when you want to use your device but are in the mood to relax. I’ve found that I get way more use out of each mask than it says.
There are many times when I do not have time to complete a full face treatment and the hands free conductive masks are just perfect. They are easy to apply and only take 10 minutes. I’ve tried all of these masks several times and have only discontinued using one: the eye mask. I found that regardless of whether I used Educate or Erase mode, the delicate skin beneath my eyes was tightened, deepening my fine lines. However, all of the other masks are excellent. It’s recommended to use each one on Erase mode first (usually for 10 minutes) then to switch to Educate mode for another 10 minutes. I’ve found the masks to be more effective if I use them on either Erase or Educate mode for the entire 20 minutes. For me, switching to Educate counteracts the lengthening and stretching of Erase mode. So, my system for the masks using the MyoLift mini is as follows: forehead and lip mask on Erase mode at Intensity 380 for 20 minutes; jowl mask and round masks (which I use on my cheeks) on Educate mode at Intensity level 380 for 20 minutes. I do this every Sunday morning as a supplement to the routine I do three times a week using the gloves. After several weeks, I’m very happy with the results so far.
