These steps are aligned with 7E Wellness’ official protocols:

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before treatment (as required for all microcurrent protocols).
Hydrate for conductivity: Apply a water-based serum or lightly mist with RePlenish Spritzer. (Do not use oil-based products)
Apply ReStore Gel generously across face, including under the eyes, using the silicone brush.
Place the Eye Mask:

Peel off its plastic backing.
Connect it to your device via lead wire.
Position it gently under the eye area, ensuring good contact.

Run the device: Use Level 1 Erase and Level 1 Educate modes for a combined session of 10–30 minutes (split between the two) with the Eye Mask.

While it’s optimized for under-eye and lower-face puffiness, you can use the conductive gloves and gel across cheeks, jawline, or other puff-prone areas. The eye mask remains the specialized targeted piece.

It primarily addresses puffiness, circulation, and fluid retention. Some reduction in dark circles may follow improved circulation and microcurrent stimulation, but if your main concern is pigment or hollowing you may combine with a brightening or filler kit.

You may see a visible “de-puffed” look after 2-3 sessions in the first 2 weeks if your skin responds well. For longer-term change plan 4-6 sessions (weekly) then reduce frequency to maintain.

Use caution around the delicate under-eye area. Remove contact lenses if the mask is near the eye and ensure the mask sits properly and comfortably.
