We are excited to continue our blog series "Meet 7E" this week, where we will introduce you to various members of our team and how they support the overall mission of providing professional True Microcurrent™ technology and education.
In the last few years 7E Wellness has experienced powerful growth from products and clients to staffing. Despite this amplification, we want to make sure you always feel like you know who you're talking to and where you can find answers within our company.
Today we want to introduce you to our Aesthetics Educator, Isabel Calleros. Here's what she had to share!:
Hola my fellow colleagues. I am Isabel, and I LOVE aesthetics. I have been doing this longer that some of you have walked the earth. Fourty-five years to be exact. Like many of us that have been around for a few decades, we have watched this portion of the cosmetology field flourish into a bonafide and stand-alone industry. To me, this industry doesn’t provide jobs… it provides careers and opportunities.
I have spent the past thirty-eight years of my career as an Aesthetics Educator across the globe. But my biggest thrill has come from teaching aestheticians and watching the light bulb come on. Knowing that I added something to improve the future of their career is the most satisfying part of what I do! I have been blessed to be in this industry and work with many talented individuals.
My claim to fame is that I started the very first school of Aesthetics, licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology in 1997 with great success. Along with teaching aesthetics, I enjoy creating and developing teaching curriculums and materials for other schools and skincare companies. That’s how I got started with 7E Wellness. The owner and founder, Pooja, is so passionate about making sure that 7E is represented with quality education and learning materials that she employed me to lead the team into developing a well-rounded curriculum and educational program; 7E Educational Systems.
When I am not writing or teaching, I am spending my time with my seven grandkids. I love to cook. I don’t own a TV, by choice, but I am addicted to crime shows on Netflix; Criminal Minds and Law and Order SVU. My favorite drink is Diet Snapple and my favorite snack is anything crackers.
